Perfection in plumbing. Riethco Plumbing evolved from its roots of Rieth & Austin Plumbing & Heating in Elkhart, Indiana in 1958. The Founders, Albert R. (Bud) Rieth Jr. and Tex Austin entered the contracting business with previous experience in the trade from Warfel Plumbing & Heating, formerly of Elkhart. Bud's son, Bob, gained experience and training in the management of a successful business and became President in 1985. He has worked in the family business for nearly 40 years, as an apprentice, a licensed journeyman and continues as a master plumber. During an economic downturn, the Company decided to specialize in plumbing and focus more on service and repair work versus new construction work. Riethco Plumbing attempted a joint venture with Service Experts in 2008, only to find an insurmountable difference in business operation and ethics. Riethco separated from Service Experts, and is, once again, on its own, providing quality plumbing services with the customers best interest at heart.
