Custom remodeling, repair and maintenance. In 1970, I purchased my first older home, gutted, stripped and remodeled that home in College Hill. In 1990, I subcontracted to Vreeland Custom Homes in Miamisburg, Ohio, performing punch out, warrantee and repair work. Since 1994, I have worked primarily in the Cincinnati area performing remodeling, repair and maintenance work. I have never advertised my work as referrals have served well. My elderly clients have been my mainstay, but are now beginning to pass on.
