Site and Structure, LLC is a Colorado-owned and operated construction company. We are dedicated to helping Colorado communities grow by performing high-quality work and providing industry expertise and project management. Site and Structure Construction was founded in 2001 by Bret Newsom. Bret has over 25 years of experience working in the Colorado construction community.  As our owner and president, Bret manages and coordinates all aspects of the business including new business acquisitions, business planning, estimating, personnel and project management. Colorado is our hometown! Bret is a Colorado native (no, they're not extinct yet!) who enjoys anything and everything the outdoors has to offer.
