I am Troy Turner the owner an the only person you will deal with from the initial contact to project completion. Larger companies will send a salesman to sell the job to you and you will never see them again. You will then be passed to a designer and then to a project manager making the project not too enjoyable for the customer. Too many gaps in communication often times resulting in frustration.
